Why can't I send a payment

If you can't send a payment from your Alby Hub, try these measures:

• Check if your spending balance is big enough.

• Check channel size - if you have a small channel you may have to send multiple smaller payments rather than one big one

• Check if budget is exceeded

• Try resetting router by navigating to 'Liquidity', clicking on 'Advanced' and selecting 'Reset Router'
