No, it will not. You will have to create a new connection for your artist friend.

If you want to store the NWC "Connection Secret" of the subaccount, be sure to save it securely, such as in a password manager. It needs a high level of security because anyone with access to the "Connection Secret" will have access to all the funds in that subaccount.
