You must know how to make a sub-wallet already, as this procedure will only show how to get the <podcast:value> tag that you need.
You must have an Alby web account with an Alby Hub.
Your are setting up a sub-wallet for podcasting or a musician sub-wallet.
Here is a reminder about making sub-wallets. 👇
Exactly after creating the sub-wallet with the Friends & Family app, you'll see different options. Open the Podcasting 2.0 tab and share the so called <podcast:value> tag with your friend or use it for your own podcast or music.
You can also get a lightning address for this sub-wallet by expanding the "Alby Account section and copy the URL this section provides, and hand it to your podcasting administrador, musician friend or whomever will be the recipient of this sub-wallet. 1. Create a new Alby account. Every Alby account comes with a lightning address. 2. "Copy URL" and share or use it for yourself. Pasted into the browser bar, it will link the newly created Alby account with the lightning address to the sub-wallet⚡️.
Congrats you just onboarded your favorite artist to bitcoin. He can now receive bitcoin payments from his audience! 🎉
