When setting up Alby Hub for the first time, you'll need to pay an invoice to open a channel. This is a Lightning Network invoice, which means it can only be paid with Lightning (off-chain) satoshis. If your bitcoin are on an exchange, make sure it supports lightning network withdrawals so you can pay that invoice directly from your exchange account. đ
